How to Apply for Staff

Hello, if you're reading this, that probably means you would like to become a moderator or possibly an administrator on our server! If not, and just want to read this, go ahead. In this forum topic, I will be discussing how to properly apply for staff the right way and the wrong way, as well as our staff system! On a side-note, if you have received a temporary ban from either the forums or server in the past, don't worry because it will not effect you. However, if you have received a permanent ban, but was lifted from you, it MIGHT effect you depending on what the violation was.
Staff System
By applying for staff, you must know this system, as it will do you good in the future. This is how the system works:
When you apply, and if you get accepted, you will be promoted to Moderator! After 2 months has gone by, if you are willing to get adminship or like the forums a lot, you must become a Forum Moderator. After 2 months has gone by for you being a Server and Forum Moderator, if we think you have what it takes to become an administrator, you will become an administrator for both the server, and the forums. HOWEVER, there are two higher staff ranks. Global Moderator and Global Administrator. These two ranks are the hardest to achieve in the staff team. Global Moderator means that you are a moderator to ALL of our servers and forums. While Global Administrator means you are an admin to ALL of our servers and forums.
How to Appropriately Apply
Here are some things that you want to include in your application:
Why should you become apart of the staff team?
Why should we pick you?
What will you do to benefit the server/forums?
Do people know you on here? If not, go introduce yourself, be kind and come back.
Make sure you have decent grammar and spelling!
Make sure you include:
- Age..................................................To see if you're mature/responsible enough.
- Timezone..........................................To see where you live and what time you'll be on most of the time.
- Job (if you have one)..........................To know what your hours are.
- Do you live on your own? Y/N...............To see if you have time.
How to Inappropriately Apply
This is what you DON'T want to write on your application:
"can i haz admin"
No, we do not care if you've been a staff member on every single TF2 server (this sentence is very annoying and will most likely lowering your chances).
Acting Goofy (a little pun/joke is OK once a while, but if you do it all the time, staff position is not the right thing for you).
